Terms and Conditions of Sale

The goods you have purchased are offered by sale by Augusta Sports Ltd (hereinafter called GSL) under the following conditions. The placing of an order or acceptance of the goods is deemed to constitute an agreement to observe and be bound by such conditions and any concession, latitude or waiver that may be or may have been allowed by GSL at any time shall not prevent GSL subsequently exercising its full rights under this agreement.

Payment

Although this site takes Credit/Debit cards payment may be made by cheque or cash if this is posted to us with an order form we are happy to send you ordered items. Represented cheques will incur a charge of £15.00 to cover Bank and admin costs. All cheques are represented 3 times unless repaired. Should the buyer fail to settle invoices within terms, GSL may suspend or cancel any further deliveries and charge interest on overdue accounts at 5% above the base rate of The Royal Bank of Scotland at the appropriate time.

Risk and Property

Goods supplied by GSL shall be at the buyers risk immediately on delivery to the buyer or into custody on the buyers behalf (whichever is the sooner) and the buyer should therefore be insured accordingly. Property in, and ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until such time as all monies due from the buyer to GSL for all goods supplied under this agreement have been paid in full. In case of default by the buyer, GSL may give notice to the buyer terminating the buyers right to possession whereupon GSL may (either with or without previous notice) itself take repossession of the goods and GSL is in such circumstances irrevocably authorised by the buyer to enter any of the buyers premises for the purpose of removing goods. If, notwithstanding that the property in and the ownership of the goods has not passed to the buyer, the buyer shall deal with the goods in such a manner as to pass to a third party a valid title to the goods, the buyer shall hold the proceeds of such sale on trust for GSL. The responsibility for any loss or injury after the date of consignment prior to the property in the goods passing to the buyer is accepted by the buyer as Bailee. Occasionally a wrong price may have been entered into the site, if there are any mistakes then GSL reserve the right to contact the buyer and instruct them of mistake, buyer will then be able to buy at correct cost or have full monies refunded.

Claims

Please compare the goods you have received with the following :

Shortages and damages must be notified to us not later than three days after delivery of the goods and must be returned no later than 5 days after delivery. All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% handling charge plus postage costs. Any printed/embroidered/numbered goods will not be accepted for return. No returned goods will be accepted unless previously agreed by GSL. GSL reserve the right to repair faulty goods.

Washing Tips For Textiles 

Wash garments separate the first 4 or 5 times.
Always wash inside out.
Do not tumble dry. Wash according to care label instructions.
We do not recommend fabric conditioners on jerseys and shorts, however socks may benefit.
Never keep clothes in non-running water for too long.
Never fold clothes when wet.
